Chair Yoga is a great way to exercise, no matter your experience, fitness level, or shape! Chairs are used for seated and standing poses to provide balance while we concentrate on strengthening and stretching our muscles. This all-level class will feature both standing and seated poses, mindful breathing and meditation.

We often don't think about our elbows and wrists until an injury comes along. Suddenly we realize how important our arms are for basic self care and every day activities! In this workshop, we will practice a variety of strengthening, stretching, and mobility movements to keep our full range of motion in our arms and upper back.
