Hi friends! I am adding this Tuesday Chair Yoga class to the schedule to make up for the days the Senior Center is closed in November and December. This will be a gentle class with seated and standing poses.
This class is not through the Senior Center, but through my own business, so please click the date that you would like to attend and follow the registration prompts, including signing off on the insurance waiver.
This class will be DONATION BASED, meaning it can be completely free, or you can donate as you like. There are options as you register to donate by credit card through the website, but you can also use paypal, venmo, cash, check, or nothing at all!

This class moves through basic yoga postures that are held longer to promote strength and balance. Props are provided and encouraged so students can modify postures to their own level, ability, and body type.

Current medical studies have shown that yoga is beneficial for improving overall back health. In this workshop, we will practice chair based exercises that promote strength and stability in the spine and hip muscles that support the back.
