How does this work?

1. Scroll down the page to view the classes and resources

2. Click "Show All" or "Collapse" to show or hide the complete list of classes in that category or

3. Do a keyword search for types of classes

4. Click "Get Access" to a class/resource

5. Login to the site using email and password

I'm logged in. Now what?

• If the class/resource is free, click "view"

• If it has a fee, you can purchase access for one month for the price listed OR

you can purchase unlimited membership access to the class (which you can use to access all available classes)

I purchased a membership. How do I get to my classes?

1. Login on this site using your email and the password you chose

2. Go to the video library

3. Press "view" on the video you'd like to practice along with

4. At the pop-up screen, click the waiver box and choose to "pay" with your membership

5. If given the option, you can choose the "compressed" file for faster download speed, or the original file for better quality image

6. View your "User Dashboard" to view your courses and membership details
