This class will be happening in real time at Frenchtown Methodist Church, but you will join us via Zoom! In order to get the zoom link, REGISTER BELOW. If I don't have students registered for the Zoom option, I won't log in to Zoom, so you have to register for each week you want to attend.

In this all-level class, we will feature both standing and seated poses, mindful breathing and meditation. Every month we have a new theme, which is shared in the monthly email newsletter.
